Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clarix AI - AI Portrait Editor mobile application ("App") and any paid subscription services offered within the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Clarix AI offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

* Weekly Subscription: $9.99 per week (SKU: clarix_ai_weekly_premium)

* Monthly Subscription: $39.99 per month (SKU: clarix_ai_monthly_premium)

* Yearly Subscription: $59.99 per year (SKU: clarix_ai_annual_premium)

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Each subscription plan includes a monthly diamond allowance for AI image processing:

* Weekly Plan: 40 diamonds per week

* Monthly Plan: 200 diamonds per month

* Yearly Plan: 400 diamonds per year

Unused diamonds reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Free Trial (if offered): Any free trial period provided will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current standard price.


2. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (DIAMONDS)

Clarix AI uses a virtual currency called "Diamonds" to access AI image processing services.

2.1 HOW TO OBTAIN DIAMONDS

* Subscription Allowance: Active subscribers receive diamonds as part of their subscription plan (see Section 1 for allocation).

* Single Purchase: Non-subscribers and subscribers who need additional diamonds may purchase them at $1.00 per diamond through the App.

2.2 HOW TO USE DIAMONDS

Each AI image processing service consumes 1 diamond. Diamonds are deducted at the time of processing.

2.3 DIAMOND LIMITATIONS

* Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real currency.

* Diamonds are non-transferable between Apple ID accounts.

* Diamonds are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

* Diamonds obtained through subscriptions reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not accumulate. Diamonds obtained through single purchases do not expire.

* If your subscription is cancelled or expires, any unused subscription-allocated diamonds are forfeited. Single-purchased diamonds remain available.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments, including subscriptions and single diamond purchases, are processed through your Apple ID account.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.

Single-purchase diamonds are one-time transactions and do not auto-renew.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Going to your device's Settings

Tapping your Apple ID (your name)

Tapping Subscriptions

Selecting Clarix AI

Tapping Cancel Subscription

Cancellation Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You will retain premium access until that date.

No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

REFUNDS

All refund requests, whether for subscriptions or single diamond purchases, must be directed to Apple Support (https://support.apple.com

).

We cannot process refunds directly. Apple determines refund eligibility based on its policies. Please note that single-purchase consumable items (diamonds) are generally non-refundable under Apple's standard policies once consumed.

5. What You Get With Subscription

A valid subscription unlocks:

* All AI portrait editing styles and filters

* Priority processing

* Ad-free experience

* Monthly diamond allowance for AI image processing (see Section 1)

* Future premium features added during your active subscription period

6. Free vs. Paid Features

The App may offer limited free functionality. Some features are available only to active subscribers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

7. Account & Device Limitations

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and can be used on any device signed in with that Apple ID.

Subscription benefits cannot be transferred to another Apple ID or user.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID credentials.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. If the price increases:

You will be notified before the change takes effect.

Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

If you do not accept the price increase, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.

9. Trial Period Terms (If Applicable)

Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial (unless otherwise stated).

If you cancel during the trial period, you will lose access to premium features immediately (no grace period).

Unused portions of a trial period are forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or subscription if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

Your subscription will be cancelled with no refund.

You must stop using the App and any premium features.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and subscription services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarix AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or subscription services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides. For international users, applicable local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes:

Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
